HAYWARD, Christopher Robert 81; writer producer Chris Hayward, award winning television comedy writer and producer died Monday, November 20th after a long illness, with his wife by his side. He was 81. Chris loved writing, and with his talent and wry sense of humor created and wrote many classic television shows. He created Dudley Do-Right and The Munsters (with Alan Burns). He also produced and wrote for Rocky & Bullwinkle; Barney Miller, Get Smart and many many more. He is survived by his wife Linda, and his children Tony, Laurel and Vicky. A celebration of his life will be planned in the near future.
