Looks to be from the Detroit Autorama as there are two references in the picture as being taken in MI. Detroit Dragway & the Custom Speed from St. Claire Shores, MI in the background. Probably taken in the late 60's when AMT ran the Ala Kart/Surf Woody ad promotions for their model kits.
