This is a letter from a very jelious not so called fan that was sent to me.>>>>> i was wondering if you did so much research why is the car so bad. ie. tires and wheels are wrong,interior is wrong,motor is wrong,trans is wrong,front suspension is wrong,tank is wrong,the filagree work on the coffin is wrong,the front headlights are very crude home made looking,no bubble top,silly roll bar,stupid steering wheel,the interior was a very nice purple satin not some skanky velvet,the stance is completely wrong and silly looking,the frame was a very nice tube chassis not some backyard hunk of junk,all in all a horrible recreation of a great kustom car.p.s. radir wheels are still available,small block fords aren't hard to come by,either are banjo rearends.I don't think they had 2005 harley wheels in 1966 when george built the car. It seems you wasted alot of time and money with absolutely no regard for correctness.What a waste!<<<<<< Please go to Ebay and give him your responce for me.This is his Ebay call name.( kustom-city )Cut and paste and contact ebay member. This goes to show you that you just can't please everybody. This is an insolt to me ,My friend Ernie,this web site and everyone on it as far as I am concerned. I know that the car is not exact,I built it my way and improved on problems that they had with the real car and alot of stuff that they used back then is not availible now.I thank you for your time.Drag-u-la Builder.
