You need to read what I wrote. In Ohio you do not need front brakes or a windshield or a spair tire.I wrote earlier that it was not quite done.I had to get it ready for the parade and plus I built this car in a total of 4 weeks. I have to do the lights yet and as fare as the cooling system it has a nascar radiator and electric fan in it and the day of the Hall of fame parade it was 97 out and the car never got over 180.
